U-Rock® operates an independent broadcast, music-discovery and local-directory ecosystem, including radio streams, a local business/industry directory, editorial content, classifieds, events, a store and digital collectibles. Features vary by market and may change.
You must be able to form a binding contract and, where purchases or collectibles are involved, meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
Directory and editorial coverage is independent. A listing does not imply that a business has been contacted, endorsed, interviewed, partnered with or is an advertiser unless we explicitly state so. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that listings, hours or event details are error-free — verify with the business.
"U-Rock®" and related marks are trademarks of The U-Rock® Network, LLC. Use of the marks is governed by our brand & trademark licensing and trademark policy. Content on the Services is owned by U-Rock® or its licensors and may not be copied except as permitted.
Store purchases are processed by PayPal. Prices, availability and production timelines (including pre-orders for vinyl, CDs and 45s) may change. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, sales of physical goods are subject to the fulfillment and return terms shown at checkout or provided with your order.
The Services link to and embed third-party content and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
Affiliate and station pages operate within the U-Rock® network but content and local offers may be provided by local operators. Availability and features differ by market.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, U-Rock® and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold U-Rock® harmless from claims arising out of your submissions or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use means acceptance.
